My favourite football team

My favourite sport is football. The reason that I like it because it is a popular sport and make me having a lot of friends. When I played it. The Football team that I like being Manchester United Football Club. In my opinion, I think that The team is a big , great , and have many fans all over the world. Why I think that , because The team have a great football players. For example
Bobby Charlton – one of the greatest strikers football has ever seen;George Best – the bad boy of football but arguably thesecond best player ever (after Pele);Denis Law – a great striker and one of the world’s bestheaders of the ball;Eric Cantona – the legendary French player who ledUnited to the League and Cup Double in 1994;David Beckham – captain of England and a greatinspiration of United’s success;
I started watching Manchester United when I studied at grade 7. I was about 13 years old. My father also like Manchester United. I will tell a bit about Manchester United Football Club.
From its humble beginnings in the Newton Heath area of Manchester, where a group of railway workers decided to start a club in 1878, to its present position as the number 1 club in the world. The club had its good times and bad times until 1945 when Matt Busby was appointed manager. He began to build ateam of teenagers who became known as ‘Busby’sBabes’. But in 1958, the world of Manchester United was destroyed. Returning home from a European Cup game inYugoslavia, the team’s plane crashed in a snowstorm inMunich. Eight players were killed by the crash and several others were seriously hurt. The team had to be rebuilt and that is what Matt Busby did. Manchester United have also had some of the greatest managers. Matt Busby was brought to Manchester after the Second World War in 1945 and was manager until 1971. He built the foundations of the modern club, finding young talented players from around the country. Although the Munich air crash nearly destroyed his young team, he rebuilt the team and won the club its early successes. The other great manager was Alex Ferguson. He was brought to the club from Aberdeen in 1986. Ferguson brought players like David Beckham through the Youth Team scheme and also bought good players from other clubs. His team has won every prize in world football. Manchester United is the richest and most famous club in the world and it seems like this is only the beginning.

Summary Of The Story
Naresuan was born in 1555 , He was the son of King Maha Thammaracha by his chief queen, who was the daughter of King Chakkraphat. He had been taken off to Burma as a hostage for his father’s good behavior in 1564; he returned home in 1571 only when his sister was presented to King Bayinnaung. Though Naresuan was then only 16 years old, his father sent him north to take charge of the Phitsanulok region, thereby maintaining the Sukhothai line's traditional claim on the manpower of that region. At the same time, Naresuan was officially designated uparat, heir-presumptive to the throne of Ayudhya. Over the next decade, he matured to power and demonstrated his great military capabilities in several actions against Cambodia. In the midst of Ayudhya's difficulties in 1581-82, the young prince was sent to Pegu to represent his father in paying homage to King Nandabayin, who had succeeded Bayinnaung at the end of 1581. There he must have seen at first hand the factionalism and jockeying for power that soon threatened to shake the powerful Burmese Empire apart. Legend has it that, in the course of that visit, Naresuan participated with his troops in a Burmese expedition against a Shan state and succeeded in taking a city after the Burmese crown prince and another prince had failed to do so. He thereby gained the jealous enmity of the crown prince, and the Ayudhya chronicle's accounts of the Thai-Burmese conflict that followed are enlivened by the personal rivalry and animosity between the two men. Soon, relations between Pegu and Ayudhya worsened. In 1583, reports reached Naresuan that the Burmese were constructing a road toward Ayudhya; and in the following year, Naresuan was summoned to assist Nandabayin in a campaign against a rival prince in Ava. Naresuan complied and marched with his troops from Phitsanulok to the Mon region of the lower Salween River.There he was informed that the Burmese planned to ambush and kill him. After rounding up captives in the region, he marched back to Phitsanulok and then moved down river to Ayudhya, bringing with him considerable numbers of men to bolster the defenses of the capital. Naresuan now clearly was in defiance of the Burmese court. When a small force sent to punish him early in 1585 was easily repulsed, the Burmese sent vast expedition against Ayudhya in 1585-86 and 1586-87, but on both occasions Naresuan was able to withstand them. In the latter case, he also dealt successfully with a small Cambodian attack. Following the death of King Maha Thammaracha in June 1590, Naresuan formally became king of Ayudhya, perhaps appointing his younger brother Ekathotsarot as his junior co-ruler; soon thereafter the Burmese resumed their attacks. Annual expeditions culminated in a major Burmese offensive at the end of 1592. Led by the crown prince, Naresuan's old rival, Burmese troops marched over the Three Pagodas Pass to Kanchanaburi and from there northward toward Suphanburi, aiming to approach Ayudhya from the west. Informed of their approach, Naresuan led a force from the city and encountered the Burmese at Nong Sarai, twenty-three kilometers northwest of present-day Suphanburi. A massive battle between the two forces ensued on January 18, 1593. The Burmese won the initial skirmishes and pressed down hard on Naresuan's main force. Rather than reinforced his vanguard, Naresuan stood his ground while the Burmese rushed forward, breading ranks in pursuit of the crumbling vanguard. Naresuan and his brother, Ekathotsarot, then plunged into the fray mounted atop war elephants and, on seeing the elephant of the Burmese crown prince, advanced toward it. To the crown prince, Naresuan shouted out, “Come forth and let us fight an elephant duel for the honor of our kingdoms.” In a few moments it was all over. As the two elephants closed, the crown prince slashed a glancing blow at Naresuan with his war scythe, whereupon his body lay exposed to a sudden slash of Naresuan's sword. The crown prince was slain, and the Burmese army fell into disarray and retreated toward Kanchanaburi. The Ayudhya army followed, inflicting heavy casualties upon them. Ayudhya's independence now was secured, and for the next generation, the Burmese kings would be on the defensive against Ayudhya, the tables of war thus turning for the first time in 30 years.

In my opinion, I think that This movie is a good movies. The reason that I think because this movie make me knowing a history of thai country and The people who watch the movie getting the viewpoint from King Nareasuan movies that " If we have a harmoniousness , Nobody can not destroy our country " .

Bangkok Chinese New Year Festival

This Yesterday was the Chinese New Year Festival , My friends invited me to go toYaowarat Road and, i was very boring and I decided that " I will go toYaowarat Road with my friends ". AT 20.00 o' clock, i arrived at Yaowarat Road with my friends. I was very good because this festival was very beautiful, It was full the candealbrum and candelier. Have many people went to here to celebrate Bangkok Chinese New Year Festival. So, I thought that I was correct to come here, It was very interresting to see how tradation perfromed could put together a thai people in the Bangkok. For this today, I will tell a bit about Bangkok Chinese New Year Festival
Thailand's largest Chinese community, in the Yaowarat area, organises an annual fair to bring in the New Year. Expect international and Chinese music, lion dancing, local Chinese cultural performances, Chinese opera and fireworks, as well as plenty of stores selling products and food like grilled pork, Peking duck, Chinese desserts and noodles.Thailand's Chinese population is so large that the entire city seems to shut down during Chinese New Year. During this holiday, Chinatown, Bangkok's streets are filled with an international crowd eating their way along Yaowarat and Charon Krung Rds while watching spectacular lion dancing and colourful dragon processions.When you're there, don't miss Wat Traimit (Tri Mit Rd), which houses the world's largest solid gold Buddha, the crocodiles of Wat Chakrawat (Chakrawatm off Anawong Rd) - its first guest is still there, stuffed in a glass case - and Nakhon Kasem (Thieves' Market), where you can buy everything from phallus keychains to hubcaps.The area has been Chinese community since the early days of Bangkok. Originally living in what is now the Phra Nakhon district, they were relocated here when the capital was set up. The narrow Sampheng Road (สำเพ็ง, now called Wanit I Road, วานิช 1) was the chinatown main street until the Yaowarat Road was constructed in 1892 during King Chulalongkorn period. Nowadays, Yaowarat Road remains the heart of chinatown.The area for Samphanthawong district was once three separate amphoes, Samphanthawong, Sam Yaek, and Chakkrawat established on 15 October 1915 where old amphoes were overhauled and replaced by 25 new amphoes to cover inner part of Bangkok. Amphoe Sam Yaek and Amphoe Chakkrawat were later merged into Amphoe Samphanthawong. The amphoe became Khet Samphanthawong in 1972. It is believed that the name Samphanthawong was derived from Wat Samphanthawongsaram, the temple near the district office when it was first built. Now the district office is moved to Yotha Road in Talat Noi sub-district.

Chiang Mai Flower Festival

Chiang Mai Flower Festival
Last Month , I and my family went to Chaingmai provience to visit Buak Hat Park. Location allows Chiang Mai, Thailand to enjoy a large variety of floral species. Besides having a tropical climate suitable for raising of such flowers as orchids, its high-altitude areas and cool winters allow it to be home to cold weather flowers such as carnations. Through the years, as Chiang Mai became more widely known for its magnificent array of floral beauty, it eventually gained the title of 'The Rose of the North'. Though much of Chiang Mai's diverse floral beauty can be witnessed in nature, nowhere is it more impressively accentuated than at the Chiang Mai Flower Festival.The Chiang Mai Flower Festival is similar to other flower festivals hosted around the world such as Taiwan's In-Season Flower Festival, Japan's Sakura Festival, and the Netherlands's and Belgium's Flower Parades. Thailand's first Flower Festival was hosted by Chiang Mai in 1977 and was such a success that it was made into an annual event. Activities include a 'Miss Flower' pageant, a floral floats parade, exhibitions and competitions. The parade is particularly popular and around twenty floats weave through the streets with exotic colours and smells. Many visitors compare the float parade to the rose procession in California, only a little more tropical and flavoursome. Food is not forgotten at this event and gastronomic contests occur regularly as chefs cook up Thai spices in a variety of dishes.The North of Thailand is famous for an abundance of flowering plants, especially temperate zone species, which burst into full bloom towards the end of the cool season. The city (also known as the "Rose of the North") feels like a beautiful, slow-paced northern town even though it is the second largest in Thailand. Many visitors stay before visiting the hill tribes and going trekking.In my opinion, It is a big festival and very interesting for people who comes here. I am very impressive with the flower which illustrates extemly. I hope that

Basic ADR processes

TODAY, ADR is uesd to settle avariety of disputes in American institutions, including the family, churches,schools,the workplace,government agencies, and the courts. ADR is not widely used in cases of intractable con flict until those conflicts seem to become ready ( some say "ripe") for resolution. This sometimes happens when the conflict reaches a hurting stalemate- a situation where it become clear that neither side can win; yet,they are being substantially hurt by continuing the struggle. Ripeness is crucial for ADR processes to work effectively,and ADR has been used in appropriate casas. For example;
- Arbitration and negotiation have become common way to resolve difficult international business disputes;
- Mediation and arbitration are now commonly used to settle labor-management disputes that often used to seem like intractable situations ( See the essay on formerly intractable conflicts.);
- International mediation has been used to resolve difficult international and ethnic conflicts,with varying degrees of success;
- Consensus building has become a popular process for dealing with public-policy disputes,especially intractable environmental disputes.

What is Alternative Dispute Resolution ?

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a term generally used to refer to informal dispute resolution processes in which the parties meet with a professional third party who helps them resolve their dispute in a way that is less formal and often more consensual than is done in the courts. While the most common forms of ADR are mediation and arbitration, there are many other forms: judicial settlement conferences, fact-finding, ombudsmen, special masters,etc. Though often voluntary, ADR is sometimes mandated by the courts, which require that disputants try mediation before they take their case to court.

- In negotiation, participation is voluntary and there is no third party who facilitates the resolution process or imposes a resolution.
- In mediation, there is a third party, a mediator, who facilitates the resolution process ( and may even suggest a resolution, typically known as a " madiator's proposal"), but does not impose a resolution on the parties. In some countries ( for example, the United Kingdom ), ARD is synonymous with what is generally referred to as mediation in other countries.
- In arbitration, participation is typically voluntary, and there is a third party who, as a private judge, imposes a resolution. Arbitrations often occur because parties to contracts agree that any future dispute concerning the agreement will be resolved by arbitration.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)

Includes dispute resolution processes and techniques that fall outside of the govermentjudicial process.Despite historic resistance to ADR by both parties and their advocates,ADR has gained widespread acceptance among both the general public and the legal profession in recent years. In fact, some courts now require some parties to resort to ADR of some type, usually mediation, before permitting the parties' cases to be tried. The rising popularity of ADR can be explained by the increasing caseload of traditional courts, the perception that ADR imposes fewer costs than litigation, a preference for confidentiality, and the desire of some parties to have greater control over the selection of the individual or individuals who will decide their dispute.

NOVEMBER 14, 2007 I have class in the morning , the subject are introduction to psychology is the systematic,scientific study of behaviors and mental processes.Today we start about befinition of psychology. When we think of psychology ,we may think of helping people with mentel problem. However, including Donna's autistic behaviors and studnts'test anxiety, as well as hundreds of other behaviors.For this reason, we need a very broad de finition of psychology. Psychology is the systematic ,scientific study of behaviors and mental process. What's important about this definition is thar each of its terms has a broader meaning. For example, behaviors refers to observable actions or responses in borth humans and animals.Behaviors might include eating, speaking,lavghing,running,reading and sleeping. Mental processes,which are not directly observable,refer to a wide range of complex ment processes, such as thinking, imagining, studying and dreaming. The current broad definition of psychology grew out of discussions and heared arguments among early psychologists, who defined psychology much more specifically, as we'll discuss later in this module. Although the current definition of psychology is very broad, psychologists usually have four specific gaals in mind when they study some behaviors or mental process, such as Donna's autistic experiences.
